Piano lessons - classical piano, electric piano (piano, synthesizer)

A piano is a musical instrument that belongs to the family of musical instruments with keys. It evolved from the harpsichord and similar instruments and has been one of the most popular and widespread instruments since the 18th century. There is also a German term for a grand concert piano, which could be translated as a wing or a wing, and a smaller piano with the strings turned vertically, called a piano, is also known.

ONCE AND TODAY

The predecessors of this popular musical instrument were known long before us, the first approximation is the ancient monochord, that is, an elongated box with one string. This was followed by a more experimental, medieval version of a musical instrument with several strings called the polychord, from which the clavichord probably developed in the 12th century, the further development of which lasted as long as 6 centuries. During this time, the harpsichord also appeared, the popularity of which grew rapidly in Europe, so several versions of this instrument with different names were also created. In the 18th century, the harpsichord was succeeded by the predecessor of today's piano, i.e. the piano with hammers, which was invented in 1711 by an Italian instrument maker.
This musical instrument was very favored by the romantic period, when almost all composers created their compositions on the piano, which contributed to the extraordinary development of the playing of this musical instrument and the creation of a greater number of compositions for it. The piano was also indispensable as an accompanying instrument for compositions for soloists, such as wind instruments and strings. In addition, it is very suitable for performing excerpts of more demanding orchestral and operatic compositions.

PIANO LEARNING PROGRAM
In the piano learning program, we get to know the instrument and choose which version of the instrument the student will play. The student learns about the musical instrument as a whole, its development and past, learns about its components and its sound, learns the correct posture of the body, hands, fingers and correct pressure - playing the keys. We are slowly getting to know musical notation, rhythm and melody. Students master the elements of musical notation, read and write it down, and at the same time learn a lot by listening. They perform technical exercises and scales as well as pieces of various difficulty levels. Slovenian folk songs and compositions by Slovenian composers and authors are also performed, and later or gradually we also get to know the works of composers and great masters who contributed the most to the development of the piano on a global scale, including Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Schumann, Rachmaninov, Liszt , Debussy, Chopin and others. Students develop a positive attitude towards music, their musical memory and hearing are strengthened. Pupils' creativity and writing of their own musical compositions is encouraged, and later we learn to play and write down popular compositions chosen by the pupils.
The piano program offers the student a holistic development into a person with many different skills, as his motor skills are strengthened in connection with thinking and memorization, sensitivity to the smallest changes (rhythm, melody) is developed, we also work with the students in chamber groups, where the joy of music expands, shares and increases with the music that we co-create with someone. In this way, the student learns about rich musical history and literature as well as newer playing styles and techniques, of course under the guidance of a dedicated and qualified mentor.
