Terms of business

Article I
Musical instrument lessons take place in 30, 45 or 60 minute long learning units, once a week. Other subjects are taught according to a pre-announced and agreed schedule and schedule.

II. Article
Lessons in pairs last 45 or 60 minutes. In the event that the student remains alone during the lesson, an equivalent 30-minute individual lesson is conducted. Enrollment in a couple's lesson is only possible if the couple is provided by the customer or the student himself.

III. Article
Tuition is paid no later than eight days after receiving the invoice each month, or by the twelfth day of the month inclusive.

IV. Article
The customer can justify the delay in payment in advance in writing or by e-mail no more than twice a year.

Article V
If the customer is unjustifiably late in paying school fees for two consecutive months, he/she cannot attend classes until all obligations are paid.

VI. Article
We do not accept substitutions for missed hours or hours of absence
unjustified.

VII. Article
Unexcused absences from classes and absences for which we have not been notified in advance will be charged as a full class hour. Any absence from class must be reported to the tutor at least one day in advance. In the case of absence of the tutor due to objective reasons, the Prima Music Center proposes to replace the missed lessons within seven working days. The student adapts to the proposed plan. In the case of an extraordinary one-time absence of the mentor due to objective reasons, the mentor, in agreement with the student, proposes an alternative appointment or a professor to replace the lessons.

VIII. Article
Four consecutive unexcused absences of a student and four absences from classes without notice is the reason why Music Center Prima can unilaterally terminate cooperation.


IX. Article
Cooperation between the parties to the agreement lasts at least three months, unless otherwise agreed individually with the school management. The agreement can be terminated early, but only in writing (to the address: Uroš Gorenc sp Glasbeni center Prima, Tbilisijska 46, 1000 Ljubljana) and based on valid reasons.

Article X
If the client wishes to terminate the agreement on education beforehand, this is possible first after three months from the start of school or, based on valid reasons, earlier by agreement with the school. The statement must be notified at least thirty days before the desired date of suspension in writing (to the address: Uroš Gorenc sp Glasbeni center Prima, Tbilisijska 46, 1000 Ljbljana) or by e-mail.

XI. Article
The Prima Music Center undertakes to issue a certificate of attendance to the student if the education lasts at least 20 hours, as well as a certificate at the end of the educational
program at the end of the school year according to the expert judgment of the mentors.

XII. Article
A student enrolled in the classical program can take the exam at the state music school, if he expressed his desire to do so at the beginning of the school year. The Prima Music Center can prepare students for the exam based on the previously expressed desire and commitment of the individual and a previously prepared study plan.

XIII. Article
In order to improve the quality of the lessons, Prima Music Center can change the tutor without prior notice. If this happens, he gives the client an explanation as to why this happened.

XIV. Article
Classes take place according to the national program of the school year (taking into account holidays and school vacations) and last between September 1 and the end of June. Regardless of working days off due to holidays, the monthly tuition fee remains unchanged.

XV. Article
The last hour of the school year, if the student decides to take the exam, is held as an exam hour.

XVI. Article
Preparing a student for a school performance is counted and calculated as a normal lesson.


XVII. Article
All prices include 22% VAT.

XVIII. Article
By registering at the Prima Music Center, you agree that we can process your data for our own needs.

XIX. Article
By enrolling in the Prima Music Center, you agree that we can occasionally send you messages to your email address or via SMS about your lessons, news and events that we organize.

XX. Article
The administrator of the Prima Music Center website protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).

XXI. Article
We reserve the right to change the price list and general business conditions. We will notify customers in advance of any major changes.

XXII. Article
Customers who use our services are considered to be familiar with the terms and conditions of the Prima Music Center

XXIII. Article

In the case of enrollment of a close family member of a student in the Prima Music Center, we grant both of them a 10% discount on the monthly tuition fee.
